Turn around time for custom stencil orders varies based on size, complexity and quantity ordered. Most orders are shipped in 2 - 4 business days after we receive a customer's approval on the custom stencil proof. Proofs for lettering stencils are usually available the same working day that the order is placed. Proofs for custom graphic stencils are usually available the day after the order is placed. Complicated graphics may require an additional day to program.

If you need an order expressed, we may be able to ship your order sooner. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will let you know. If you need your custom stencils by a certain date, you need to let us know when we place your order.

For larger quantity orders, you will be notified of the estimated date your order will be ready to ship.

Payment:

Payment is required upon receipt of your order. The full amount of your order will be charged to your credit card when we begin programming your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for all orders. You can also prepay your order with a personal or company check. We do not offer COD.

We based estimates on the artwork and/or information you provide. If you make changes after you have received your estimate, your price may be higher.

A "proof" of a custom stencil is an image of the stencil that shows the layout and size once the programming is completed. Proofs can be sent via email or fax. Even though payments are processed before proofs are available, proofs are required for every order and the proof must be approved by the customer before a custom stencil is cut.

A customer can make as many changes to a proof as they would like.

If a custom stencil is received by a customer and it is determined that the custom stencil is not as represented by the approved proof, the stencil will be corrected and shipped at no charge to the customer.

If a custom stencil is received by a customer and the customer requests changes to the stencil that are not represented in the proof, we can re-cut the custom stencil for a reduced rate. We will make every attempt to quickly make the corrections and ship the stencil at the least possible cost.

If a custom stencil is received by a customer and it is determined that there is a defect in manufacturing or if the stencil is not the quality that was originally expected my the customer, we will replace the stencil free of charge.

All of our custom stencils are programmed and cut specifically for customers who request custom products. Once a custom stencil has been made for you, it can not be sold to someone else. Therefore, there are no refunds on custom orders.

Standard alphabet stencils and any other stock, non-custom product can be returned for a full refund minus any shipping charge. Any return item must be unused and in new condition. To return a stock, non-custom please contact our customer service within 14 days of your invoice receipt to obtain a return authorization number. We do not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

If you choose to cancel an order before our programming department has started to work on your file you will not be charged for any fee.

If you choose to cancel an order once we have started programming your stencil, we will only charge you for the work we have already preformed. The charges for programming a custom stencil are typically $10.00 for lettering stencils and $20 - $35 for graphic stencils.

We ship orders via Priority Mail, FedEx ground, FedEx 2nd day, FedEx Overnight and FedEx Priority Overnight. Other shipping options may be available upon your request.

We provide the service of laser cutting the artwork you give us into stencils. If you think there may be a copyright infringement issue, it is solely your responsibility to research the copyright and act accordingly.

The artwork you submit to us will only be used to create a custom stencil for you. We will not sell or reproduce your artwork or ideas to anyone for any reason. Additionally, we can not create a custom stencil for you unless you submit artwork.

When we create your custom stencil, we will hold the design file incase you need additional copies at a later date.
