ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Stencils Online! This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply when you visit our site or use choose to browse the contents herein. By using this website, you agree to be bound by its terms of use and shall comply thereof. This Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site and the content provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time prior to your stencils being produced and shipped out. You will be refunded the cost of your order minus the programming time required to create the layout. Programming costs vary customer to customer and depend on the level of detail in your layout. However, please note that once your order is placed…you will receive a proof to confirm the final layout of your stencil. At that point you will have the opportunity to request absolutely any changes you would like to see made. Our Graphic Designers are very skilled and will do everything they can to make sure you are 100% happy with your layout before the stencil is produced.
Return Policy
Unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders because they were created specifically for you and cannot be re-sold. It is important that you check the sizing, spelling, and complete details of your layout prior to completing your order.
We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and if there is a problem with any of our custom stencils, we will work with you as much as possible to make sure your stencil will work with your project. If you are unsure if using a stencil is the best approach for your project, contact us via email or phone and discuss your application with the professionals first.
We can accept returns or exchanges on stock inventory items within 30 calendar days of receipt if the stencils are un-used or manipulated (ie painted, cut, bent, etc.). Your order will be refunded for the total cost of your order minus the shipping. If you do need to return an item to us, you are responsible for re-shipment charges for returns and exchanges. NOTE: Mylar sheets & Mylar rolls are non-returnable.

Delivery Error / Damaged Products
If you receive your order and it has missing, damaged, or incorrect products included, please contact us at 877-863-5227 or via email at [email protected] to discuss your issue. Stencils Online strives for 100% customer satisfaction and if there is an issue with your order, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you.
Stencils Online Order Processing Time for standard and expedited orders
[ The following information applies to non-wholesale/contract cutting customers – For information on wholesale/contract lead time, please see the next section. ]
When you place an order with us whether it be for a custom stencil or stock-item order, Stencils Online will require 1 to 3 business days for order processing. (If your order will require additional processing time, you will be contacted by a customer service representative).
There are two order types available to you: Expedited and Standard.
Expedited: If you place your order with express shipping, your order will be prioritized in-front of orders with standard shipping…however in the event of multiple express orders, it will be processed within the order in which it was received. Placing an order for stock inventory items DOES NOT guarantee that it will ship out the same business day in which you placed the order. These orders typically require 1 full business day for processing, however may require up to 3 business days in times of high order volume.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us via phone (877-863-5227) or e-mail ([email protected]) to discuss your needs with a customer service representative. We will attempt to do everything we can to meet your deadline needs.
Standard: If you place your order with standard shipping, your order will be processed with other standard shipping orders in the order in which it was received. Standard shipping orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days of your order being placed (for Custom Stencil Designer orders and stock inventory items)….and within 1-3 business days of your approval for custom stencil orders.
If your order is delivered after your deadline, your shipping charges cannot be refunded to you. For this reason, it is important to contact customer service to ensure that you are choosing the shipping method that will best fit your needs.
Stencils Online will not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery company.
Stencils Online Order Processing time for wholesale / contract-cutting customers
Order processing lead time for wholesale / contracting-cutting customers varies based on the size, detail, and quantity of your order. A lead-time will be quoted to you specifically based on your job. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact your Stencils Online or iStencils.com sales representative for your company to discuss options available to you.
If your order is delivered after your deadline, your shipping charges cannot be refunded to you. For this reason, it is important to contact your customer service representative to ensure that you are choosing the shipping method that will best fit your needs.
Stencils Online will not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery company.
Security Policy
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists or complete a survey.

We partner with third-party companies that provide certain services for us and we share your information (name, & email address) with these companies, so that they can perform those services on our behalf. We work closely with our partners and require these third parties keep your information secure.
We DO NOT sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.

Copyright Policy
We will create stencils for copyrighted artwork. (ie sports logos, characters, artwork, etc.) It is your responsibility as the customer to determine whether your use/application for the stencil is in violation of copyright law.
By accepting these terms, you agree not to copy, modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any of our services, software, documentation, or create or attempt to create a substitute or similar service or product through use of or access to the site or other proprietary information.
Editing, Deleting and Modification
We may edit, delete, or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a notice or a new agreement on our site. YOUR CONTINUED VISIT IN OUR WEBSITE FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.
LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
Stencils Online, LLC grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent from our company. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent from our company.
The right to access our website does not include any resale or commercial use of our site or its contents nor allows you to download or copy any account information for the benefit of another merchant.

The Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the contents and materials provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties out of, in relation to or in connection with this Agreement is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Hampshire, to the exclusion of any other courts without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence.
